We are looking for an IT generalist to join our team of professionals.
We expect the Helpdesk to:
- support company staff (qualified IT specialists)
- provide maintenance to the office equipment and workstations
- manage users permissions
Requirements
- experience with Windows products
- acquaintance with Microsoft products
- upper-intermediate level English or higher
- ability to work in a team and attention to detail
- helpdesk ticketing system experience
- acquaintance with MacOS/Linux systems
