As Group Creative Director at Huge, you will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team to deliver outstanding creative solutions for our clients. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the design studio and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard of excellence, meeting program objectives within the specified timeframe and budget. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for design and detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of talented creatives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary advocate for the visual quality of our work, blending production creativity with conceptualization. Most important, this role will require you to be physically located in Colombia.
