The Role

We’re looking for a fearless self-starter; who is strategic, self-motivated, extremely collaborative, and incredibly curious about brands, culture, communications, and connections - and above all, influencer marketing.

In this role, you will lead all of our creative strategy output, managing both our strategy and creative teams, and be responsible for their contribution and involvement on both proactive and reactive pitch work.

As a key member within Impact Studio, our EMEA creative solutions team, you will play a lead role in supporting the VP, Strategy with identifying opportunities for the growth and productization of our creative and strategy output, as well as the organisational structure, growth and management of creative and strategy teams.

Founded by OG YouTube creator Caspar Lee & entrepreneur Ben Jeffries, Influencer has been helping brands navigate the ever-evolving influencer marketing landscape since 2015. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Manage and Be Accountable: For creative strategy output that goes into collateral in support of new business and client service teams. Helping Influencer to win new clients and growing existing ones.

  • Strategic output: Manage the strategy team and oversee their workload. Ensure strategy work is best-in-class, insight driven and fully answers the challenges set out in the brief. Our strategy work is born out of an inherent comprehension of platform, audience and creator insight, that you will be responsible for translating into actionable strategy.

  • Creative ideation: Manage our creative team. Working in tandem with our strategists, the creative team is charged with bringing colour and life to our RFP’s. From conceptual creative that can break out of the social space, through to a deep understanding of the creative formats that audiences on each social platform love to watch, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our ideas synthesise our strategies, deliver on our clients briefs and create impact on social.

  • Distribution strategy: Work closely with the Associate Paid Media Director to ensure that distribution strategies are baked into the core of all of our creative strategy output.

  • Personnel development: Work with the VP, Strategy to deliver PDP and progression plans to team members across the creative and strategy teams, and track progression on an ongoing basis. Proactively identify opportunities for upskilling and enhancing skill sets within the team.

  • Pitching and presenting; You will be responsible for pitching work to both new and existing clients. An exceptional presenter, you know how to frame both strategy and creative work in the best possible way, combining them into a singular narrative that clients can understand and buy into.

  • Internal visibility: You will be expected to work with the VP, Strategy as an integral part of Impact Studio within the Influencer. Managing workload, operations processes and capacity within the team, as well as ensuring that output is delivered on-time and with appropriate feedback from relevant stakeholders across the business.

Experience:

  • We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience in marketing; having played a lead role in creative solutions functions within the media space, with direct influencer marketing experience a big plus.
  • You should have experience of selling and delivering agency-style services to a range of different clients
  • Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships; including with external clients and a range of different internal teams
  • Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
  • You have an appetite for new challenges and a constant drive towards improvement
  • A self-starter who can build and manage the processes necessary to both deliver success and measure performance
