Manager, Partner Quoting

Xometry is looking to hire a Manager, Partner Quoting to join our RFQ Department. This role will lead, manage, support, mentor, and grow the Partner Quoting team here at Xometry.

Additionally, this role will be to serve as a working manager, essentially performing the standard work related to quoting, estimating, and partner relationship activities, with a focus on high value, complex and strategically important initiatives.

Responsible for:

• Engage with manufacturing partners to confirm quote strategy, pricing, terms, and any concessions required to complete a customer pricing proposal
• Manage and support all partner programs along with creating, maintaining, and improving relationships with all partners.
• Support team members through prioritization, technical discussions, reviews, and, quote strategies
• Submit quotes to sales for review and customer presentations
• Obtain/Prepare basic DFM feedback, along with general optimization ideas
• Provide team leadership, management, and development. Coaches and Mentors- motivates team members; leads teams effectively and provides feedback regarding performance to management and/or staff.
