As a Chatbot Developer and Manager, you will aid the client’s brand through your masterful coding, architecting faultless experiences that will propel the client's trajectory.

The ideal candidate will enhance collaboration through chatbot expertise, fostering productivity and strengthening the team for success.

You will develop and enhance the client's global presence by delivering exceptional user experiences and comprehensive strategies, contributing to their global success story.

Your Task

• Design, develop, and manage chatbots for customer support and lead generation;
• Implement scripting and coding to create chatbot interactions that align with business goals;
• Monitor and Manage chatbot content, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience;
• Maintain documentation of chatbot development processes and configurations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training or guide team members on chatbot management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related field;
• Minimum of 3 years experience with strong online portfolio;
• Proficiency in scripting and coding for chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript);
• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson;
• Understanding of cloud computing and deployment strategies for chatbots;
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology trends and learn new tools and techniques as needed.

Language

• Professional proficiency in English language

• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up
