As an Employer Branding Expert, you will wield your strategic expertise to redefine our client’s brand narrative. Your impact spans beyond marketing, all while championing our client’s unique brand story and ensuring continued success.

Your Task

• Strategize online and offline brand marketing plans and executing and monitoring brand promotion activities;
• Advertise the company's brand and product offerings to the public to elevate product brand awareness;
• Conduct competitor analysis to extract relevant insights;
• Develop and execute holiday product marketing, customer gifting, and related initiatives, all while actively expanding and nurturing the customer base;

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's product strengths and adhering to departmental conduct guidelines.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field;
• Minimum of 3 years related experience;
• Proficiency in using social media, analytics tools, and recruitment marketing platforms;
• Strong understanding of branding principles and recruitment marketing trends;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English language

Requirements

• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up
