We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Senior Director to oversee a team of 2-5 that is focused on driving consultant opportunity generation through multiple channels including website, SEO, content marketing, affiliate programs, events, and account based marketing campaigns. This leader will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for strategic planning and management of all demand generation channels and delivering insights through a comprehensive demand generation dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing Strategy:
Manage team to build and execute omni-channel content calendar that drives new opportunity creation
Account Based Marketing:
Develop account-based marketing strategy and leads scoring system to tailor marketing to potential high-impact accounts
Develop personalized campaigns to drive new opportunities at high-value accounts.
Digital Marketing Funnel:
Select and manage vendor to execute SEO strategies and on-site optimization to significantly lift the site's visibility and ranking on high value search terms
Build and measure affiliate marketing program
Measurement, Analytics and Continuous Improvement:
Implement a monthly Tableau and Salesforce reporting dashboard and written analysis with recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and budget ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience
- Must have experience with Salesforce, Pardot, CVENT, and WordPress
- Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel at least 15% of the time to meet business needs.
- Skilled in developing compelling messaging and demand generation campaigns that drive target behaviors.
- Creativity in conceptualizing and developing tools and processes that drive continuous improvement
