Software Developer II

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent related IT experience.
• Added advantage if you are Microsoft Certified in relevant technologies

Experience:

• Having Experience 4 to 6 years in UI design, with experience in mobile, web, and cloud solutions. Minimum 1+ Years of work experience in Angular 8+, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap / Material.
• Work experience on .Net Core 2+, Web API, MVC, and C#.
• Minimum 1+ Years of Work Experience on SQL Server
• In-depth knowledge of source control using GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Expert in all phases of the Solution Lifecycle including Analysis, Design, Coding, and Delivery.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including capturing and explaining technical goals and objectives.
• Proven knowledge development with Typescript (Angular)
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Independent and creative thinking, solving business problems to gain competitive advantage.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of the end-user experience and requirements.
• Demonstrable use of reporting tools to monitor activities and analyze solution performance.
• Primary Responsibilities and Activities
• Work closely with product owners to deliver the solutions in line with their priorities, goals, and objectives.
• Conduct technical peer reviews and code audits encouraging best practices within the team.
• Continually monitor and refine the solutions to deliver structured enhancements in line with the operational efficiencies and strategy.
• Adhere to industry best practices through design, development, and quality assurance.
• Understand and contribute to architectural system designs, development, and sprint planning.
• Follow Harsco development and technical design documentation.
• Facilitate the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software solutions and services.
• Contribute to innovation, keep abreast of market trends, and able to help identify opportunities for technology to drive business benefit.
• Work collaboratively with the wider IT Team to deliver the business strategy, vision, and roadmap.
