Job title: Lead Full Stack Java Engineer

Current Need:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team and be responsible for designing and implementing
complex software systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical and communication skills to lead and
mentor team members, drive technical discussions, and work with partners and customers to align their needs with system
architecture. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for building scalable, highly available systems using
modern technologies.

Minimum Requirements / Criteria:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, software architecture or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring frameworks
• Expertise in designing scalable, highly available systems
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka and streaming data processing platforms like Flink
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders with customer needs
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design and implement new solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Critical Skills:

• Design and implement complex software systems using modern technologies and tools
• Develop software architectures that are scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant
• Lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment with customer needs
• Work with development teams to ensure high-quality software is delivered on time and on budget
• Define and document software architecture best practices and standards
• Perform code reviews to ensure that code is high-quality and meets the architecture and design standards
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a team lead or manager
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Experience with Gradle build tool
• Experience with High Availability (HA) systems and technologies

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$145,700 - $242,900
