On behalf of our client, a progressive start-up in the leasing industry, we are seeking an experienced CRM Developer (Dynamics 365) to join their team in Athens, Greece.
A Day in the life of a CRM Developer
The role of the CRM Developer is to develop and maintain new and existing CRM applications as required by the business. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Developer, you will contribute to requirements gathering, implementation, configuration, and production of Dynamics application solutions. Additionally, you will provide and gain in-depth development skills, business knowledge, and expertise to effectively integrate technology into the business environment.
Your day-to-day
- Responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing Dynamics 365 CRM components, including data migration, building, and deploying
- Translate client business requirements into CRM solutions and automate business processes using CRM workflow technology
- Identify, develop, and deploy end-user solutions in CRM systems
- Provide training on the CRM application to end-users
Requirements
- A BSc in Information Systems/ Computer Science
- At least 3 years’ experience in Dynamics CRM 365 Development
- Experience in business requirements analysis and modelling
- Hands on experience in design, development and administration of CRM
- Experienced in C#, .Net and JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- CRM customization, configuration, form design, dashboards, process and workflows
- PowerApps, Power BI, MS Flow, SharePoint Online, Plug-ins, O365
- Integration - Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Manager
- Knowledge of SQL programming
