  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to Country Performance at all levels, and run required deep-dive investigations
  • Lead efforts on monthly performance review preparation as well as any performance-related report
  • Support in analyzing P&L and investigating any discrepancies against targets
  • Possess excellent storytelling and communication skills: Capable of engaging in conversations with various stakeholders and speaking the language of business users.
  • Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer behavior, marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.
  • Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future opportunities
  • Develop actionable, consumable reporting and presentations for leadership across markets and functions.
  • Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals
  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
  • Perform in-depth analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to present to senior leadership
  • Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance
  • Analyse marketing/sales data and users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to assist in decision-making
  • Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities
  • Work closely across teams to share ideas, and feedback, and present results.

Requirements

  • Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency and demonstrated experience in: SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • Excellent mathematical ability and knowledge of forecasting methods
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and performance reporting.
  • A self-starter who plans ahead and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to pinpoint salient issues and present information concisely.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity with the confidence to work independently
  • Expertise level in creating and designing presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-functional business areas like Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Excellent business acumen, able to pinpoint pain points across different functions and opportunities to unlock growth and profitability
  • Energized by the unknown and always eager to listen, analyze, learn, and improve.
  • Communicates results, deliverables, and obstacles in a clear, structured manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: Have great ability to provide relevant, informed suggestions on the best solution design.
