- Handle the signing of contracts with all developments in the UAE.
- Manage the process of creating documents, including drafting, formatting, and editing.
- Perform scanning, printing, and document signing.
- Handle basic administrative responsibilities such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the real estate team.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with a real estate company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
