  • Handle the signing of contracts with all developments in the UAE.
  • Manage the process of creating documents, including drafting, formatting, and editing.
  • Perform scanning, printing, and document signing.
  • Handle basic administrative responsibilities such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the real estate team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with a real estate company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to work.
