What You'll Do

  • Source, negotiate rates, and book aircraft with third-party On Demand Charter operators
  • Quote trips on flagship Pilatus PC-12 and preferred partner fleet to brokers and end customers
  • Source, post and maintain an updated inventory of available empty-leg flights
  • Maintain accuracy of internal flight management system (trip building, billing, flight coordination etc)
  • Maintain database accuracy of customer information for both current and prospective customers in all systems - CRM, Marketplace, Dashboard, Billing System, etc.
  • Support the sales team with trip quoting and aircraft booking
  • Identify upsell opportunities across both operations and sales
  • Ad-Hoc tasks relating to updating internal aircraft, operator and airport database
  • Oversee and advise on junior team membersโ€™ sourcing, fleet optimization and operator negotiations
  • Manage the day to day operations, schedule and quoting of preferred partner fleet
  • Develop a broker/operator pipeline as well as manage the day to day duties of wholesale channel

What You Need

  • Associate's degree
  • Previous experience using the Avinode system. (Is a Must)
  • 1+ years of experience working with an aircraft operator or charter broker (Is a Must)
  • Knowledge of Hubspot (Preferred)
  • Consistent track record of producing successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
  • Ability and desire to learn and pivot the use of skill sets based on business needs
  • Thrive in a fast-changing environment with flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactively engage leaders and employees at all levels, influence outcomes, and demonstrate professional maturity.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to work effectively with all leadership styles; translate business needs into actionable steps.
  • High energy, urgency, and continuous improvement mindset; strong desire and ability to mentor and coach.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

Salary & Perks

  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
