What You'll Do

• Own and lead the talent acquisition process (recruiting/screening interviews /hiring/onboarding new hires)
• Be a lead driver of maintaining and improving company culture
• Assist department heads with disciplinary actions and terminations
• Maintain/update all employment records
• Create and maintain a compliance strategy
• Prepare and semi-monthly payroll
• Compile company reports
• Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Nurture a positive working environment and culture.

What You Need

• Recruiting: 3+ years (Preferred)
• HR compliance: 3+ years (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills
• High degree of accountability, integrity, credibility and commitment
• Flexible, able to multitask and prioritize; can work well within a changing, fast-paced environment

Salary & Perks

• Competitive salary.
• This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
• Work from home.
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
