This role involves working closely with the Founder and collaborating on specific client projects, including brand positioning, consumer research, and go-to-market strategy development.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

What You'll Do

  • Partner in developing overarching strategies for the brand and company, including business strategies, go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, personality, brand voice and tone, naming, and messaging.
  • Lead initial discovery phase work, including but not limited to research on macro trends, category trends, industry analogs, and competition.
  • Lead competitive analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses and formulating potential strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving market conditions, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.
  • Lead development of client presentations.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the end customer, plus manage all research logistics.
  • Assist with stakeholder interviews as needed.
  • Assist in the development of innovation strategies and design-thinking-based ideations.
  • Provide support on other activities as they arise.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Strategist, Consultant, or in a similar strategic leadership role. Experience in brand strategy is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to translate research findings into strategies
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying strategic plans
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead others and manage complex projects.
  • Solid work ethic / hardworking
  • Self-starter/ability to take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time and flex as needed given client requests
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong team player
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva is a plus.

Salary & Perks

  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
