Salesforce Administrator

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with SaaS experience to join our growing team. This role involves scaling our business, creating revenue-generating processes, and enhancing user experience. You will streamline sales systems to boost productivity and efficiency, directly impacting our revenue targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration and data management between Salesforce and other systems, maintaining data quality and security.
• Implement automation and efficiency improvements using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers, and continuously monitor performance.
• Establish and enforce governance policies, conduct audits to identify risks, and stay updated on Salesforce releases to implement enhancements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model,
  and declarative development tools.
• Experience with system integration, data management, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, Data Loader, Workbench, Flow, Apex).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with stakeholders across many lines of business.
• Experience with JIRA and Workato is a plus.
