As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will have a proven track record in selling enterprise SaaS solutions within the Swiss market. Working autonomously, you will dive deep into specific programmatic GTM strategies, mastering the nuances of our customer value proposition.

By organising and participating in customer events and trade fairs, you will represent and strengthen the brand in the region. Your ability to identify, research and close business opportunities will be the key driver of success in the market.

Our Salesforce platform will equip you with the insights and tools to navigate your target addressable market effectively. Every step of your progress will be documented ensuring clarity and transparency as you drive results.

The Senior Business Development Manager's responsibilities are:

  • Outbound calling both new prospects and existing clients
  • Build and enhance relationships with existing clients and business partners
  • Increase brand recognition through media and business partnerships
  • Lead sales promotion activities (e.g. customer events or trade fairs)
  • To follow up marketing activity to actively encourage attendance at product webinars or to arrange demos
  • Research market opportunities, creating and executing sales plans to deliver ambitious growth targets
  • Raising awareness of all model ranges and broader FE Fundinfo proposition
  • Develop skills as required to fulfil the role, understand tools and systems
  • Learn our product and service offerings, functionality, market positioning and competitive advantages.

To join us as a Senior Business Development Manager you will need the following experience and skills:

  • You will have an interest in the funds and investment industry
  • You come with solid SaaS enterprise sales experience
  • You are a self-starter – identifying opportunities and gaps through client interactions
  • You will speak German (mother tongue) and English (C1), with Swiss German and French as bonus languages
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills conveying confidence, and professionalism, with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation hierarchy
  • You have strong presentation skills – reinforce the FEI proposition to clients
  • You are an effective communicator – explaining our proposition effectively (in detail/light touch as appropriate)
  • You have excellent time management and the ability to organise your time efficiently
