Senior Business Analyst & Team Lead

Within the Digital department of Rituals, we are dedicated to continuously optimising our website and app and offer the best possible user experience. We are constantly adding new features and upgrading old ones. With multiple development teams on different schedules, things can get complex. We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst and Team Lead to guide a team of five Business Analysts for Rituals.com. You will mentor the team, align with stakeholders, and offer expertise on development topics. You will balance leadership and senior-level business analysis responsibilities.

This role is tailored for a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst, for 40 hours per week, you will:

• You work closely with Product Owner regarding roadmap priorities and translate this into a solid business analysis planning
• You manage workload and deadlines and divide work in a way that suits people’s talents and ambitions
• You are the go-to person for technical questions and work with architect, developers and other tech stakeholders and analyse technical solutions for big projects
• You share knowledge through clear diagrams and well-written requirements
• You serve as the technical expert for website-related queries

Requirements

• You have 5+ year experience as a Business Analyst and know your way around big development projects
• Ideally you have experience with Headless / composable architecture
• You have proven experience with managing and building teams in a development setting (hiring, onboarding & coaching)
• You have great planning and organisational skills and do not take no for an answer
• You are confident in leading analysis on integrations (APIs, JSONs and XMLs do not scare you)
• You enjoy technical discussions with architects, developers and other tech colleagues
• You are proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma and LucidChart
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to build up your network
• You are fluent in English with excellent writing skills
