Working Student Brand Management

Are you passionate about shaping a brand that attracts top talent? By taking over this dynamic and cross-functional role, you will work closely with the Brand and People & Culture teams and play a crucial role in enhancing the JustPlay brand through innovative employer branding initiatives. You’ll support us in ensuring a unified brand presentation across various recruitment channels, especially LinkedIn, and creating engaging and unique content.

• Collaborate with the Brand and People & Culture teams to develop and refine JustPlay's employer brand strategy across various recruitment channels (LinkedIn posts, website content, etc.)
• Support us in implement a cohesive tone of voice that reflects our team culture, helping to attract exceptional talent
• Coordinate with external PR firms and marketing agencies to drive impactful communications projects
• Nurture partnerships with charitable organizations, devising content and campaigns that highlight their missions and our commitment to social responsibility
• You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (PR, Communications, Marketing etc.)
• You have great communication skills in English
• You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding and an understanding for the potential of employer branding strategies in attracting talent
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in content creation, ideally with a focus on employer branding
