- Monitor day2day Partner Warehouse performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Returns ensuring processes are executed according to Locad Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Facilitate training and upskilling for Partner Warehouse Staff
- Conduct weekly Gemba walks and facility audits to drive continuous improvement projects alongside the Central Operations Team
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers to manage brand/account escalations and inquiries
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Knowledge in Problem problem-solving fundamentals using standard operational frameworks
- Excellent Time Management
