- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
- Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
- Utilizing the company’s CRM system.
- Preparing and monitoring quotations, as well as closing contracts.
- Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams).
- Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent jobs.lu for growth.
- Independently managing multiple tasks or working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
- Experience in “solution selling.”
- Understanding and active listening.
- Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is a plus.
