  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
  • Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
  • Utilizing the company’s CRM system.
  • Preparing and monitoring quotations, as well as closing contracts.
  • Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams).
  • Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent jobs.lu for growth.
  • Independently managing multiple tasks or working as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
  • Experience in “solution selling.”
  • Understanding and active listening.
  • Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is a plus.
