We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Projects Department and help us create new products and services.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break the mould beyond business analysis and gain vast experience across multiple products, markets, and platforms. You will act as a core contributor to our company vision. You will bring your experience in a similar B2C environment and the ability to balance leveraging customer learnings whilst delivering high-quality solutions to support the company’s strategy for continuous growth.

You will work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to gather, analyse and translate specific needs to produce, clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specification documents acting as the bridge between Business Operations and IT Departments.

Your New Role Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders across all levels and departments to support delivery of strategic business projects.
• Own and champion the requirements capturing process through the product lifecycle, to ensure prioritisation in line with company goals.
• Elicit requirements into functional and non-functional specifications from business stakeholders ensuring cross departmental alignment.
• Define the approach to specifying large, complex projects with a number of stakeholders and dependencies and ensure that documentation is delivered to that approach.
• Drive and challenge business owners on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and propose Business Value Estimation and metrics based on the same.
• Ability to explore alternative approaches and workarounds before assigning to the software development team.
• During requirements gathering phase ensure acceptance criteria is captured and documented.
• Constantly reviewing and improving the requirements gathering process taking into considerations learnings and feedback from key stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Technical Business Analysis or a similar role in a fast-paced B2C environment with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leveraging methodology such as MoSCoW to support backlog prioritisation in an MVP landscape an advantage
• Experience mapping complex business processes to both technical & non-technical specifications.
• Excellent communicator & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
• Results-driven, team player, and resilient.
• Excellent MS Office skills#- Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Good to have IIBA certification or requisite work experience.
