Le Wagon For Business is Le Wagon's branch dedicated to corporate training. Founded 2 years ago to help corporate clients accelerate in their digital transformation through hands-on training, Le Wagon For Business offers a large variety of solutions, from digital literacy workshops to upskilling and reskilling bootcamps or hiring accelerator programs. Our solutions cover the most in-demand digital skills, including data science, data analytics, web development, UX/UI design, devops and more.

Your Mission:

As a Solutions Engineer at Le Wagon for Business, you will:

• Work closely with the Head of Solutions Engineering to design training solutions based on clients briefs
• Become the product owner and technical advisor for data and tech acculturation, upskilling and reskilling programs and provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
• Work with our Sales, Content, CSM and Engineering team to continuously improve our B2B offer
• Run advanced research to anticipate market trends and update our product development roadmap
• Work alongside the Content Program Management team to successfully monitor progress and implementation of training solutions
• Help create a strong feedback loop to further develop our products
• Ensure maintenance of our product catalogue and be a force of proposition to improve our product visibility for our clients
• Work on meaningful projects that will be leveraged to help the team and the company operate more effectively and efficiently

This is the role for you if:

• You have experience in customer-facing roles and know your way around data and tech
• You are able to identify client challenges and align Le Wagon's solutions to meet their needs
• You have a few years of hands-on experience in similar roles, tech product management or consulting. Coding bootcamps are a plus!
• You are fluent in French and English and have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• You have a strong interest in EdTech and corporate training fields
• You are independent and pro-active
• You are driven, organized and a team player
• You have a background in business or engineering
• You are an entrepreneur at heart – you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting hands-on to build something great!
