Lead Product Manager

About The Role

As a Product Manager for GoCorp platform at Gojek, you will be at the forefront crafting the product’s vision, setting strategic objectives and timelines, and steering the realization of this vision with a focus on optimizing clients experience, in alignment with the company’s goals. Collaborate extensively across various departments – business, sales, and marketing team as well as coordinate with the other products teams connected to the GoCorp platform.

What You Will Do

• Roadmapping → Establish strategic objectives, roadmap and timelines to guide the development and enhancement of the GoCorp platform
• Focus on optimizing the client experience, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds user needs and expectations. Execute with precision make sure products and features are launched in timely manner
• Seek product ideas and feedback based on both quantitative and qualitative date, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
• Understand that one size doesn’t fit all and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
• Work closely with business, sales, and marketing teams to align product strategies and objectives. Ensuring the all teams runs with the same drumbeat
• Ensure seamless coordination with other product teams connected to the GoCorp platform to maintain a cohesive product ecosystem

What You Will Need

• Proven experience if min 5-6 years in product management, preferably within a tech or platform-based company and B2B product
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to set and achieve the mid term and long-term objectives
• Data oriented – demonstrated an ability to balance between quantitative and qualitative data to optimize client experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple departments
• Proficiency in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
• Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and objectives effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of platform development and integration.
• Fluent in written and verbal english

About the Team

The GoCorp team focuses on building a platform to enables clients in managing their company expenses especially on the transport, food and logistics allowances. What we build is an infrastructure to help our clients use Gojek services for their business needs through many ways – enhancing GoCorp platform as well as external integration.
