What You Will Do

• Lead the charge in executing a seamless and memorable onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring they feel welcomed and ready to thrive from day one
• Take ownership of managing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing our operational strategies to deliver an outstanding order experience that delights our new merchants
• Dive into evaluating our processes, pinpointing problems, and uncovering hidden opportunities for improvement. Your insights will drive innovation and elevate our efficiency
• Develop and nurture meaningful connections with our new merchants, fostering trust and ensuring their successful integration into our platform
• Partner with teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy, as well as other platforms within the GoTo ecosystem, to drive synergy and achieve collective goals
• Present results to leadership on onboarding merchants and challenges faced with potential solutions and the help needed to excel!

What This Role Needs

• Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree in management, business, engineering, or supply chain
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably handling operational excellence, supply chain, or key account management
• Data-driven mindset, ability to identify problems and take actions based on data
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively within an ambiguous environment
• An entrepreneurial mentality with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work confidently and comfortably with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and ensuring everyone’s on the same page
• A confident communicator in verbal and written English and Indonesian

About The Team

Our Enterprise Key Account Manager, part of the broader Operation & Sales team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We help our Enterprise merchants to grow through a consultative approach, starting from understanding the need of industry as well as the influencing factors that drive the growth, identify pain points of the merchants, and develop the solutions according to our comprehensive understanding of the merchants. Our deliverable is very important to GoJek since the merchants that we manage are strategic, hence, the success of our role will help to strengthen GoJek's reputation in the industry.

Developing our business by helping our merchants to grow is our mission. We have done a remarkable achievement by providing various GoJek services to our merchants that have given a positive impact to our merchant’s business during this pandemic situation.
