We are looking for a new colleague to join our Payroll team full-time.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Collect and consolidate monthly payroll inputs on time
  • Check payroll outputs and execute internal controls
  • Assist colleagues with payroll related inquiries and issues,
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports to cross-departmental teams and leadership
  • Document preparation in line with local and legal requirements (e.g. employment certificates, proof of personal income and contribution, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain accurate payroll documentation in accordance to audits and legal requirement
  • Support in internal and external payroll audits
  • Participate in year closing and opening related activities, in special project

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:

  • College or university degree in Human Resources, or Economy
  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of payroll related Hungarian legal regulations
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Detail oriented, solution focused, ready to act proactively
  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Resilient and able to influence in difficult situation
  • Aware of bigger picture, have an understanding of wider implication of actions with customer orientation
  • Continuous process improvement and digital mindset
  • Knowledge and experience of SNOW is an advantage
