Reliability Qualification Engineer

• Review reliability qualification strategies services to meet the Reliability Policy and Requirement (RPR), Customer specific requirement, and pass the review boards.
• Peer of local and global eCAB process regarding to reliability knowledge for lead a thorough risk-analysis based on FMEA analysis, RKM, knowledge of structural similarity rules and applicable quality specifications.
• Support the reliability competence manager in realizing the reliability technology roadmap.
• General Reliability Physics competence support to all stakeholders, like Innovation, PE/TE and Manufacturing
• Close cooperation required with life test engineer, operation team, and BL design/application engineer for project management of reliability service to achieve BL/requestor target planning.
• Execution according qualification strategy, eCAB approval, engineering risk mitigation, and, reliability monitoring plan, with agree milestone planning to deliver results on time.
• Create reliability test in shop floor system and transfer to operation group for execution according requirement and plan.
• Provide input on the reliability monitoring program to reliability monitoring program manager for periodically verify the quality and reliability performance of ATBK’s products sold to customers and ATBK’s assembly process and to trigger associated wafer fabrication process per BL plan.
• Analyze and conclude on failures in reliability testing in cooperation with failure & material analysis engineers as well as BL test & product engineers.
• Lead 8D/CrA both internal and cross-department, and lead improvement team at the reliability area.

Qualifications:

• University degree, Master or Bachelor (Engineering or Science)

• At least 5 years in engineering or science experience

• Analytical thinker, problem solver.

• Good organizational skills, project leader skills and high level of independence. Examples are BCaM and DMAIC.

• Creative and willing to take initiative.

• High positive drive and result oriented.

• Strong in English communication, interaction, presentation, and reporting.
