We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Communications Manager, to join our company. As a Senior Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our communication strategies. Your creativity and dedication will contribute to enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to lead communication efforts and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Craft engaging content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events, webinars, and conferences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for our company.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
• Create and distribute internal newsletters and announcements.

Qualifications:

• Higher degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of communication and marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to details.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
