Location: Stamford

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday

They have been going for over a century and manage their clients from local offices, ensuring community is at the heart of the business.

The Role

Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join their team! You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross selling their suite of products, including Financial Services & Risk Management Services and their range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sustainable business growth by identifying new sales opportunities with prospective farming customers and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales support and claims teams within the office.
  • Capitalising on existing relationships and delivering exceptional service to their customers.
  • Utilising the training, support and resources available in order to develop an in-depth understanding of their comprehensive insurance offering to the agricultural industry.

Skills and Requirements:

  • An understanding of the Agricultural Sector is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
