Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday – 9.00-5.00

The Role
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic and enthusiastic Administrator to support the Agency’s delivery of excellent customer service by providing general administrative duties that enable the successful operation of Agency policies and processes and smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Positive interactions with customers by answering incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person, greeting visitors to the office and contacting customers to support their insurance needs e.g. booking review meetings.
- Effective management of stock, ordering marketing and business stationary.
- Efficient management of incoming and outgoing post.
- Supporting New Business and Marketing team with organising external events and updating social media accounts appropriately.
- Supporting Agency Manager with organising internal events and training.
- Effective administration of credit control processes including customer payments and processing refund requests within required timeframes.
- Work across the Administration Team, providing cover for absences or high workloads as required.
- Consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Always demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with the values and ethos of the Agency.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in a way which complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
- Deliver ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required, to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Office or front desk experience
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Good maths and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage own workload and able to work effectively under pressure
- Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviours, honesty and integrity.
- Focus on continuous improvement, able to use own initiative
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and compliance with procedures/regulations using due care, skill and diligence
- Desire to be the best, openness to personal development, learning new skills
- Own transport & full UK driving licence
