As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at PrimeRx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our bilingual customers receive exceptional support and service. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions, concerns, and issues. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on supporting Spanish-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products and services, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide clear and concise instructions on product usage and features to Spanish-speaking customers
  • Escalate complex issues to senior-level support representatives or other internal teams as needed
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

What you will need

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, communications) preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if necessary)
