Product Manager, Care Coordination

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will focus on Care Coordination and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). These CCBHCs are specially-designated clinics that provide a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use services to anyone in need, regardless of their diagnosis or insurance status. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing care coordination apps that address the unique needs of CCBHCs, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhanced patient outcomes. By enabling an organized and collaborative approach to managing patient care across multiple services and providers, you will directly impact health outcomes across the nation. Guiding the process from conception to delivery, you will work with clients, user researchers, community engagement, designers, developers, and others to define, build, launch, and measure these integrated systems. You will then take the learnings from specific clients as well as go-to-market strategies to craft templates and products to allow us to provide successful care coordination solutions at scale nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with stakeholders, researchers, and designers to define the vision, strategy, and success criteria for care coordination systems.
  • Partner with enterprise customers and CCHBCs to understand their complex workflows and synthesize them into product requirements that exceed expectations in real world health scenarios
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for integrated health systems across diverse client scope and budget constraints
  • Guide the go-to-market process by creating and maintaining product strategy artifacts, such as product positioning, unique value propositions, demos, and enablement, constantly iterating based on stakeholder feedback and changing market trends
  • Analyze data and health outcomes such as entry rates, service utilization, and program times to iterate and improve outcomes.
  • Research CCBHC policies, regulations, and funding to inform and communicate product strategy and feature priority decisions
  • Use insights gained and general market understanding to build out templates and products that allow us to sell and deploy care coordination systems at scale for a multitude of clients quickly and cost-effectively.

The Experience You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of relevant product experience - you should be able to share your experience on the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to delivery and post-launch iterations
  • Experience in stakeholder research and business analysis - you should be able to gather user requirements, document enterprise workflows, and translate them into technical specifications
  • Proven success in building complex workflows - you should be able to share specific examples of launching workflows that support multiple personas and jobs
  • Experience in healthcare or similar complex domains - working in a complex domain like healthcare or finance and ability to demonstrate understanding of interoperability requirements
  • Agile and scrum - be familiar with and excited to use those methodologies.
  • BS/BA in a relevant field - Computer Science or engineering is always helpful but not required.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

  • A mission-driven company – be part of a team that is helping to improve people’s lives by democratizing technology development in health!
  • Full medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits
  • 401K plan
  • Company stock options
  • Unlimited paid vacation
  • Performance bonuses
  • Company support for career and skill development
  • Fun company events and outings
