Cash Analyst

Objective of the role

The Program Team Cash Analyst is responsible for the diligent cash management.

Role Functions:

• Responsible for the daily tasks within the program related to payment activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment activities.
• Monitor, apply and investigate direct debit transactions.
• Monitor, apply and investigate unapplied payments.
• Process refund requests.
• Support accounting reconciliations.
• Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior.
• User acceptance testing of the new features related to cash management prior to production release.
• Develop and maintain professional relationship within and across teams.
• Adhere to company & operations policies.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, transparent, open and creative thinking working environment.

Non-essential Job Functions:

• From time to time, willing to take over tasks/projects which are not related directly to this function.
• Willing to be part of potential projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in English (and other languages as needed).
