Accounts Payable Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join Ticketek. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions for Ticketek.

You will be joining a dedicated high performing team with a supportive leader who is committed to working with you to develop and grow.

About the Role

• Prepare and process of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.
• Identify ways to streamline processes to maximise efficiency.
• Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required.

About You

• Working towards or recently graduated from an Accounting or related degree.
• Prior experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other transactional finance role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and seek out more efficient ways of working.
• Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines .
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
