They are seeking a Search Marketing Specialist who is skilled in strategizing, setting up, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 4 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with client goals.
• Pixel Integration and Management: Set up and manage tracking pixels to accurately monitor conversions and user behavior, which is essential for retargeting and understanding campaign effectiveness.
• Platform Proficiency: Utilize experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms to create and manage campaigns, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
• Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed research to segment audiences and create targeted avatars and lookalike audiences for more effective advertising.
• Ad Setup and Optimization: Manage the setup and ongoing adjustment of ad campaigns, including uploading ad content and managing campaign budgets.
• Conversion Optimization: Optimize ads for conversions by implementing effective strategies and conducting continuous A/B testing to determine the most effective approaches.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including lead tracking and attribution, to measure success and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
