We’re after a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads (PPC) Specialist with a strong background in managing B2B enterprise campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience and a proven track record in B2B lead generation, retargeting, and ecommerce. They'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Execute search, video, display, and retargeting campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance using SEO research tools like Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximized ROI.

  • Develop and optimize campaign-specific landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.

  • Craft persuasive ad and landing page copy tailored to executive and developer audiences.

  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Use Google Tag Manager to create and manage conversion tags and triggers that send high-quality data back to Google.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and other analytics tools.

  • Create comprehensive reports in Looker Studio and Google Ads to present to stakeholders.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Manage and optimize offline conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and the latest advancements in PPC technologies and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with the hilarious marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of agency experience managing B2B PPC campaigns.

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B lead generation, retargeting, and ecommerce.

  • Google Ads certification is required.

  • Proficient in running ads on Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and experience with video, display, retargeting, and search campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics

  • Experience creating reports in Google Ads, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.

  • Experience with offline conversion tracking and implementing effective conversion tracking strategies.

  • Experience in creating custom conversion actions in Google Tag Manager.

  • Skilled in creating and optimizing campaign-specific landing pages.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven, actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

  • Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with server-side GTM and/or working with the data layer.

  • Experience with conversion tracking on Single Page Application (SPA) websites or React.

  • Familiarity with using Google's API for conversion tracking.
