GRC Functional Product Manager

GRC is looking for a GRC FPO Manager to be a part of the Functional Product Owner (FPO) team in GRC. The FPO Manager will be responsible for designing reporting in Powe BI, ensuring Data governance, Identifying, and implementing emerging technologies in the GRC space, Periodic management reporting developing documenting, training and communicating with a defined scope of work, executed within a specified timeframe. The GRC FPO Manager is key to the successful functioning and re-engineering of business processes within the GRC Domain, in defining and guiding teams across the board processes related to the Internal control framework.

The GRC FPO Manager will be placed in the GRC FPO function and will work with the GRC team.

The GRC FPO Manager will be responsible for:

• Domain knowledge and hands-on experience management reporting through data visualization tools like Power BI

• Excellent reporting capability with MS PowerPoints, and data analytical capability with MS Excel.

• Domain knowledge and hands-on experience in emerging technologies like Data Mining, GRC PC, Gen AI etc. and Data analytics in GRC space.

• Excellent in Project management, developing and documenting reporting presentations related to GRC activities.

• Domain expertise in the GRC process and methodologies, like the COSO framework, Sox’s compliance, or similar methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Archer and SAP GRC PC will be an added advantage.

• Collaborate and provide training to the 1st line of defense and on methodology.

• Assist in developing training materials for 1st line of defense.

The roles require a good overall knowledge of GRC processes (process risk and Internal controls, Validation process, Issue management) and GRC technologies and solutions, and robust engagement in the form of project and change management skills, with strong interpersonal skills to cater to cross-functional stakeholder discussion and a decision-making attitude.

• Qualified CA or CIMA or Engineers or MBA with Big4 or Multinational experience in GRC Space

• Proven experience as a Process Owner or similar role or Audit manager role, specifically in the GRC domain of at least 8 to 10 years.

Proven experience in new technologies domain-like

• Strong understanding of end-to-end GRC processes Risk management, Control designing, Control monitoring, Issue management, etc.

• Excellent Management reporting skills through MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Power BI.

• Hands-on experience in ARCHER, GRC PC, DATA MINING etc.

• Ability to learn and apply new knowledge in new Technology areas.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute process improvement initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
