Senior Process Engineer

• Analyze and optimize hazardous waste treatment process including incineration, physical chemical treatment, oily water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for efficiency and cos-effectiveness
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process modifications as needed
• Ensure strict adherence gto environmental regulations related to hazardous waste, emissions, discharges and worker safety
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, prepare reports, and facilitate inspections
• Participate/Lead projects for facility upgrades, process improvements, and new technology implementations
• Develop project plans, timelines and budget for timely and cost-effective execution
• Coordinate with other departments and allocate resources effectively
• Supervise and mentor the team members, providing technical guidance
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Implement and maintain effective safety management systems, conduct audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical/Engineering or related discipline is preferred
• 8 years' chemical plant, process plant operations or related experiences
• Knowledge in wastewater treatment, incineration or boiler will be an advantage
• Cerified water tube boiler operator or with forklfit license is a plus
• Holder of First Aid Cerificate preferred
• Agile, self-motivated and a good team player
• Embrace a hands-on approach and think outside the box to drive process improvement and innovative solutions
• Fluent in verbal and written English, spoken Cantonese is a plus
