Tenders Project Manager – Vaccines Business Unit

We are currently searching for a Project Manager, reporting to the Vaccines Tender Strategic Lead, to join the Vaccines Team in working towards the optimization of the execution phase in awarded tenders.

The candidate should demonstrate experience in project management, knowledge about demand planning and supply chain, and problem-solving skills in the context of customer service. It is imperative that the individual joining the team demonstrates teamwork capability, dynamism, motivation, organizational & prioritization skills and is used to collaborate remotely.

In this role, you will:

  • Work to optimize the execution of awarded tenders observing the client requests conveyed by the KAMs Team, analyzing their feasibility, suggesting improvements and building trust (externally & internally).
  • Have to be proactive to make recommendations to commercial, customer services, supply, and other teams for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the actions resulting from the above in a way which is aligned with the tenders’ strategy, with different departments, and compliant at all levels.
  • Analyze the tenders’ execution phase, establishing control mechanisms to anticipate risks and defining KPIs. Deploy action plans to minimize the risks identified.
  • Participate in innovative projects to build sustainable & scalable solutions for the management of the different processes occurring during the life of a contract.
  • Feedback the learnings & insights from the contracts’ execution into the tenders strategy.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Higher education
  • Previous experience as project manager in tenders related area
  • Experience in vaccines field, preferably from a supply and/ customer service or demand planning point of view
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Digital skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Supply chain management experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Demand planning experience
  • Previous sales experience will be valued
