What will you actually be doing?

• Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of GUI perception.

• Lead the full R&D lifecycle, including problem definition, research, design, implementation, and deployment of innovative algorithmic solutions and models for both client and server sides.

• Integrate the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) into Walkme’s core products to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Engage in fast-paced research while ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable.

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to create and refine data-driven algorithms.

What should you bring to the table?

• MSc in Computer Sciences / Engineering / from a leading academic institute.

• Proven hands-on experience with modern web technologies and cloud architectures.

• In-depth understanding of JavaScript runtime core concepts (advantageous).

• Familiarity with algorithms in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs) (advantageous).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
