Finance Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a finance manager to work on an interesting project from Portugal to the UK.

Functions

- Review, analyze, and integrate data from various sources for our different stakeholders and ensure its completeness, accuracy, and timelines.

- Supporting the review of business cases, ratification of technology related costs and future BAL impacts

- Proactively collaborate with colleagues across the business improving analysis capability and providing accurate information and credible forecasts.

- Share learning and best practices to contribute to overall tears electivenes.

Requirements

- Previous experience delivering financial analysis and forecasting and the development of revenue and cost models.

- Strong financial analysis and budget management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non financial individuals

- Numerate, strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills

- Experience of working to tight deadlines and ensuring deliverables of a high standard, highly organized, ability to plan and manage workload

- Experience of providing specialint support and collaborate with others to educate on processes and best practice

- Strong presentation skills and a track record in sharing messages efficiently in PowerPoint so that all stakeholders can understand the key messages.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- More than 4 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant tied (Business, Management, etc. Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, P-MP, PI KMP, etc.) preferred including one or more certifications in PMI, Prince2, SAP Activate, Scrum or other project management methodologies
