Your Mission

As the Senior Partner Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in equipping some of the world's largest (Deloitte and Ernst & Young) and most industry-focused consultancies (Matblas, Akur8 and APR) to deliver outstanding results for our end customers. Your mission is to empower our partners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to fully leverage hx Renew.

Situated within our go-to-market department, this role comes at an exciting time as we prepare for global expansion following our Series B funding. Our partners and customers will start spanning across the globe. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Customer Success team, Model Development team, and our insurance industry subject matter experts.

With learning being not only the key goal of our function but also one of hyperexponential’s core values, we seek someone eager to impact and influence our direction. As the fourth person in the Learning team and the first to focus purely on enabling our Partners, you will have a strong influence on the direction and growth of the function. As a growing scaleup, we are currently expanding our technology stack to scale our operations. This is supporting our burgeoning certification program, and enables us to reach a wider audience for online training. Additionally we stay close to our users by leading regular user group meetups.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hx Partner Manager to promote the adoption and measurement of hx Renew skills within the partner community.
  • Your efforts will help ensure that our partners are not only proficient and confident in their use of the platform, but also how to positioning in the market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hx Renew modelling platform, becoming a trusted expert who can effectively convey its capabilities and applications to our partners.
  • Work closely with partner, model development, and product teams to thoroughly understand requirements. Use these insights to implement tailored and relevant training programs.
  • Work with our curriculum developers to create and deliver comprehensive partner training content.
  • Partner with our certification lead to maintain a cohesive and integrated partner certification program, ensuring partners are thoroughly equipped and formally recognised for their expertise.

Key requirements

  • Strong background in programming and software development, with proficiency in Python
  • Experience working with consultants and a deep understanding of their motivations and workflows.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials, with the ability to create engaging and effective content for diverse learning audiences.
  • Familiarity with specialty insurance or reinsurance sectors.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, enabling you to address challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-starter with the capability to operate independently in a high-trust, high-accountability environment.
  • Proactive in driving your own professional development and staying current with industry and technology trends.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in a consulting role.
  • Demonstrated passion for experimenting with new approaches and technologies, both in your professional work and through extracurricular activities.
  • Knowledge of the insurance market, enhancing our ability to support initiatives within Lloyd’s, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), and related areas.
