To serve as our primary point of contact between Quorso and large enterprise companies to lead the discovery, planning and implementation of core technical elements of our software implementation. Namely, integration architecture and security (including infosec)

Already working with some of the largest companies in the world including Walmart Intl, Dollar General, Tractor Supply, (and many other really large companies we cannot name), people joining now are taking us from Product Market Fit to scale.

The type of person we think this will suit

An individual who combines the best of engineering with client management. Who has deep technical expertise, but also 5+ years of working on technical delivery projects with large customers. You will have familiarity, skills and experience with the following tech stack.

• Clouds - currently use Azure and AWS, scoping GCP. Key services data storage, exchange and cloud integration (RDBMS, data lakes, message queues)

• Data providers - Snowflake, DataBricks, BigQuery (recurrent jobs to import/export data, data transformations etc.

• Identity Management - SCIM and SAML integrations with various providers (e.g. Okta, AzureAD, PingFederate, OneLogin)

• Proficiency with using Linux systems, shell scripting, JS or other programming language, SQL

Core outcomes desired

1. Lead Technical implementations with customers
   1. Discover and scope the appropriate implementation architecture for client projects
   2. Develop appropriate documentation, project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
2. Own best practice delivery on technical implementation

   1. Come up with efficient integration solutions taking into account various external stacks and available data there in combination with requirements and constraints of our internal tech stack, ideate on improving existing integrations

   2. Reduce technical support requests during implementation by owning and improving processes, as well as creating and maintaining enhanced documentation

   3. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices and enhancing Quorso’s ways of working

Other

This role will be based in the UK and close to London with a competitive salary, requiring 1-2 days in office a week for collaborating with the team

It will also potentially require travelling domestically and internationally for client meetings.
