What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to deliver transactional and specialist HR services. The Specialist is customer focused and has a full understanding of how the services operate across teams and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability by working virtually within the team, using digital tools to connect, engage and collaborate with employees. Always operating with the ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity and creativity to service our people as needs and situations change. As a member of UK People Services team, you will support dentsu employees in United Kingdom and closely cooperate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Employee Relations, Legal and other teams. As part of EMEA People Services team, you will take part on various process improvement projects.

Also, you will:
• Provide employees, managers and HR Business Partners exceptional standards of customer services across a wide range of HR activities and processes.
• Ensure standardised HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent way within agreed timelines.
• Perform data entry across a range of HR systems being responsible for the integrity of employee master data being accurate and compliant (where required ensure compliance with GDPR requirements).
• Provide service-related activities including managing employee files and related HR documentation, updates to internal tools and databases, responding digitally to a wide variety of employee queries.
• Provide specialist knowledge and resolution for enquires relating to specific topics (in Tier 2)
• Acts as conduit of specialist knowledge between Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams – sharing insight and education to support Tier 1 resolution.
• Work closely with the nominated CoE(s) to ensure the latest knowledge and standards are being advised correctly/accurately.
• Be responsible for responding to external HR queries including reference requests.
• Be building knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this ensure processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements including data protection legislation at all times.
• Monitor the completion of queries, and continually reviews policy, processes, data quality, system issues working closely with the Team Lead, to improve services against Service Level Agreements, reviewing own performance on a regular basis and in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

What you bring to us:
✓ 2+ years in Human Resources role(s), solid knowledge of core HR principles.
✓ Strong knowledge of UK HR processes, policies, and legislation. CIPD or other relevant education is an advantage.
✓ Experience with HCM systems and ticketing tools. Experience with Workday systems is an advantage.
✓ Adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations, ability to prioritize.
✓ Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management skill set, ability to work collaboratively across the HR team and broader business where required.
✓ Analytical skills, attention to details, experience with data administration.
✓ An understanding of the internal client needs and a proven ability to solve routine problems.
✓ Passion for solving issues, continuous improvement mindset.
✓ English language proficiency.
