Fulfillment Leader

What you’ll do
• Prepare and review of China backlog with focus on constrained items supply and what's critical on the backlog report for your allocated modality and accounts
• Partnership with the Resin&Hardware modality, to become a contact with global factories as the representative of China, timely identify the risks in order delivery, and upgrade the needs of new urgent orders to obtain priority supply.
• Proactively inform modality,CS on SSD changes that impact the customer at high level and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with DP, logistics team to meet customer request shipment date.
• Develop and implement OTD and inventory initiatives to optimize supply chain fulfillment processes, improve on time delivery and inventory turns, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements with customer, commercial and CS following existing portfolio/governance procedures and understanding constraints
• Support monitoring and trending of supply risk from Sales DM at Resin&Hardware;
