Position Summary:

Field based role

The Alzheimer Ecosystem Enabler will play a pivotal role in mapping and enhancing the diagnostic and treatment ecosystem for Alzheimer's disease. This position will focus on developing a thorough understanding of the Dx & Tx pathways and facilitating a robust network that optimizes patient outcomes in the Alzheimerโ€™s therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Mapping and Shaping:

Conduct in-depth mapping of the Dx & Tx ecosystem, identifying stakeholders, CSF testing capabilities, PET scan capacity, and referral networks.

Pathway Enhancement:

Improve diagnosis and treatment pathways, including referral pathways, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure efficient patient flow and care.

Infusion Capacity Solutions:

Address infusion capacity challenges by designing and implementing practical solutions with healthcare providers.

Strategic Alliances:

Form and manage alliances with relevant organizations to enhance the Alzheimer's care environment.

Tracer Strategy Implementation:

Manage tracer strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales, to prepare the ecosystem for a new Alzheimer's drug launch.

Collaboration:

Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to play an instrumental role in accelerating ecosystem readiness for the launch of our Alzheimer's drug.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build relationships with key stakeholders including Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Neuroradiologists, Specialist Prescribers, infusion facility managers, and hospital administrators/hospital management, pharmacies.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments that impact the therapeutic area.

Qualifications:

Solid experience in healthcare.

Demonstrated success in partnership development and stakeholder management.

Minimum 5 years in field based role

Demonstrated key account management skills

Educational Background:

  • University degree

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Adept in strategic thinking coupled with strong business acumen, capable of crafting and implementing high-level marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Superior analytical skills, embracing a data-driven approach for decision-making and strategic development.

Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with an ability to foresee, plan, and manage complex projects effectively.

Key account management

  • Demonstrate key account management skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to build strong partnership with stakeholders at various levels/roles.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrating ability to connect people and create networks.
  • Demonstrate contextual knowledge of Czech healthcare system.

Adaptability & Creative Problem-Solving:

  • Quick to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments, with a creative mindset to innovate under pressure and lead process improvements within the organization.

Communication & Influence:

  • English in verbal and written forms
  • Capacity to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in crafting a compelling vision and strategic plans that inspire and mobilize teams.
