The Talent Acquisition and Integration role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that the organization successfully attracts and integrates top talent. This involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring the quality of hires. Additionally, the HR Officer will oversee and evaluate recruiter performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices. A primary focus will be on creating and implementing an effective onboarding and integration process that enhances the employee experience.

- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and the HR field.
- Resourceful and passionate about talent analytics using talent mapping tools like Talent Insight, etc.
- Familiar with various talent full-cycle management processes including recruitment and talent management.
- Good at conceptual design and logical thinking.
- Business acumen and the ability to dig, diagnose, and solve problems.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with different levels of leaders and associates.
- Instinctive with data and good at data analysis.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English communication and presentation skills.
