Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of an Enterprise API Platform using GraphQL Federation architecture.
• Utilize expertise in distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Stay updated on tech trends, explore new technologies, engage in tech discussions, and mentor the community.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to create robust cloud-based solutions for millions of customers.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1+ years as a Technical Lead.
• 4+ years with core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Rest APIs, JPA, and SQL.
• 2+ years with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience with Angular, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• 4+ years with open source frameworks.
• 2+ years with Agile practices.

Location:

• 2-3 days a week onsite in Richmond, VA.
