RAN Optimisation Manager

Anticipated Contract Length/End Date: July 1st, 2024 - May 1st, 2025

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced RAN Optimisation Manager with demonstrated competence with Mobile RAN OSS KPI optimisation, DT Optimisation and management. The successful candidate will help define how the organisation deploys and optimises mobile networks. This position requires a broad technical knowledge to leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to improve their network cost advantage by increasing operational efficiencies within their Radio network. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position.

• Define, monitor and troubleshoot Radio OSS/Drive test networks KPIs.
• Prepare justification packs for KPI acceptance exclusions.
• Build relationship with client’s Regional Managers for smooth communications.
• Manage day to day optimisation activity which drives KPI improvements.
• Verify client’s implementation RAN parameters proposed by the client for 4G/5G KPIs improvements.
