Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers or clients
• Handle inquiries, provide information, and assist with any issues or concerns
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues if needed
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovak and English
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation package
